Good evening,
It's Kakizaki Memi.

Recently, Mii-Pan (Sasaki Mirei)
MeiMei (Higashimura Mei) and I went out together.

We looked at clothes, ate, did various things ~ !

But when there was nothing left to do
We found ourselves going into a nearby Ninja trick house
And that turned out to be the most fun of all ( ・∇・)

I thought of the time in elementary school when I went to Chibiko Ninja Village (*´ω`*)

I want to go back to Chibiko Ninja Village
And see what it's like (lol)

I felt like going "Nin-nin!"

Bye-bye.

A "ninja trick house" is a traditional-style house outfitted with booby-traps and demonstrations of ninja skills. They exist as tourist attractions in various places. There's one in Shinjuku (actually Kabukichou), so maybe that's where they were shopping.

The one she went to as a kid was probably Chibiko Ninja Village (~"Rug-rat Ninja Village") in Nagano.

"Nin-nin" is a catchphrase of the ninja-kid hero of a kids' ninja anime, Ninja Hattori-kun.

I feel happy for Memi: a 15-year-old from Nagano wearing her leather jacket and going out with older friends to shop in Shinjuku. Yatta! Now that's living. But she still remembers watching Ninja Hattori-kun cartoons....
