Nagahama Neru blog: Summer; alone to Lauv's live in Osaka

Somen,   345

Nagahama Neru
2019.05.30

Good evening!

How are things going?
Now it's really gotten hot, eh.

I've finally
Made this year's air conditioning debut.
And somen debut, too!

Have you done other summery things?

A few days ago
I went alone to Osaka to see
Lauv's live!

I was unhappy that I would be working
On the days of the Tokyo and Nagoya performances.
This was the first time I'd gone on a long journey to see a live.

The live was so, so great
I was mesmerized and clapped and clapped.
I'm so glad I went to Osaka...!
I'm still immersed in the lingering memories.

Going by myself, I could only watch alone,
But the person beside me, a girl about my own age, spoke to me:
"Are you by yourself? I am, too!"

We spoke just a bit after that.
During the live she said to me:
"Look over here"....

I was surprised and pleased, quite in a flutter!

Good evening!

It's mid-May
And already totally warm.

May has a green image...

Days of the week have colours, too
And times and numbers also have colours.
I wonder if other people get the same feeling.

May 9-10-11
Were our Anniversary Lives at Budoukan.
They were over in a flash, but so much fun!

Hiragana Keyaki at Keyaki Republic: Memi, Kumi, Toshi, Miho and NO WAR

Hiragana Keyaki only had 3-4 songs at each of the three Keyaki Republic lives. But they merited a story in Nikkan Sports entertainment news:

At their live, Hiragana Keyaki's Kakizaki Memi shouted out: "Let's make memories!"

The final performance of Keyaki Republic 2018 took place July 22nd, at the FujiQ Highlands Conifer Forest. In the middle of the program, Keyakizaka's junior group, Hiragana Keyaki, performed.

Hiragana went on stage for the tenth song, a joint version of Taiyou wa Miageru Hito wo Erabanai.

This was the first time Hiragana's 2nd generation had performed at Keyaki Republic, and it was the first time the groups had performed the song together. Just before the main hook, the two groups lined up together, members alternating, with the Keyakizaka46 captain, Sugai Yuuka (22), at the left end of the line, and the Hiragana captain, Sasaki Kumi (22), at the right end.

After that, the Hiragana members were alone on stage. Sasaki Kumi said: "Aren't outdoor lives great!" with a smile. Katou Shiho (20) and Watanabe Miho (18) told summer ghost stories, bringing laughter from the crowd.

After that, the group did Kitaishiteinai Jibun. Then the ten 1st-generation members did Dare Yori mo Takaku Tobe! Kakizaki Memi (16) shouted: "Come with Hiragana Keyaki and let's all make summer memories together!" Finally, they all performed NO WAR in the Future, and were bathed in huge cheers.

Praise for Keyaki Republic, and especially for Hirate Yurina

Hirate seems to be back in full form. That may not have been true for the Friday event at Keyaki Republic. But things seem to have been ratcheted up a notch for the Saturday performance.

First, I've got a few comments from members of the audience. Then I will translate this piece from the editor-in-chief of Rockin'on magazine, in which he praises Hirate and Keyakizaka to the skies.

First, some individual audience members:

-- In Garasu wo Ware, Hirate Yurina-chan was serious. This was the Hirate Yurina-chan I wanted to see. I was filled with emotion.

-- The final Garasu wo Ware from Hirate was fantastic. To be shown something like this left me speechless.

-- Hirate-san worked hard right to the end today!!! Garasu was so fine!!

-- Overall, today was better than yesterday, and Hirate seemed in better form today, too. In the final Garasu wo Ware, she was totally for real. I was shaking.

-- My feelings about Keyaki Republic. Yesterday, at the end Hirate Yurina was smiling, covered in bubbles. It seemed to me that she did not give everything she had. But today's sharp dancing in the Futari Saison solo was what I had wanted to see. And the head-banging in Garasu wo Ware was right on. Why did her switch turn on for the weekend? lol. Hirate Yurina is great.

Now for Koyanagi Daisuke, editor-in-chief of Rockin' On magazine:

Hiragana Keyaki: Looking back at Budoukan with Mirei, Memi and Mao.

interview from Nikkei Entertainment (2018/05)

Hiragana Keyaki's Legendary Budoukan 3-Day Live

Looking back with Mirei, Memi and Mao

Kakizaki Memi (Doll girl gets revenge for Makuhari)
Sasaki Kumi (Awakens as centre in Ima ni Miteiro)
Iguchi Mao (Grows with everyone's support)

-- The Budoukan live was suddenly increased from one to three days. You must have been shocked when you were first told.

Kakizaki -- I was really surprised. When we were called in by staff, we all thought they were going to get angry with us for something. We were all asking each other: "What did we do wrong?" But then we got the shock of being told we were going to be doing three days at Budoukan.

Good evening!

The three days of
The Keyakizaka46 2nd Year Anniversary Live are over

To all of you who came,
And to all of you who always support us
Truly, thank you very much.

It was the most nerve-wracking live so far.
At every performance, my nervousness comes back.

I shiver,
And my heart quakes....

Live performances really make me feel alive

"Keyakizaka46 is a dream.
I want to be someone who gets close to everyone's dreams.
I think that each member's dreams,
Including my own dreams, can be fulfilled through Keyakizaka."

These words of Yukka's
Really, really linger in my heart.

I want to be with everyone much longer.
And I want to be with all of you, too.

Please be good to us again in our third year.

Hiragana Keyaki at Budoukan: Day One Set List

Hiragana Keyaki's first of three Budoukan lives seems to have been a big success.

Lots of enthusiastic comments, many mentioning the "happy aura" that filled the stage and the hall.

  • The first encore was a new song, possibly centred by Mii-Pan (Sasaki Mirei), that's getting good comments. Lyrics sounded to people like a statement that they intend to catch up to Kanji, almost a declaration of war.
  • Memi did Neru's part in Dare Tobe, shooting about 5 metres up into the air (so someone Tweeted) from the stage lift -- despite her recently broken wrist....
  • The 2gens did Nogi's Oide Shampoo, with Kawata Hina at centre.
  • Kanjis including at least Neru, Pon and Mona were in the VIP seats, and Neru and Pon were dancing at various points. (Konno-san was also there)
  • Kage is great at the poetry reading in SekaAi (as we already knew). She also did the scream, and really well.
  • pre-show voice announcements by Hina-chan, Paripi, and Manamo (2gens)

Nagahama Neru blog: Hiragana National Tour Final

2017.12.14

Good evening...

Yesterday and the day before,
Were the Hiragana National Tour
Final performances at Makuhari!

I went on the first day.

It began in March in Tokyo,
The first national tour.

I was able to go with them to Osaka and Nagoya,
But was not able to participate at Sapporo and Fukuoka.

I apologize once again
For leaving things half-done.

The live the day before yesterday
Was so enjoyable and interesting that it gave me shivers of excitement.
It was the fantastic live I had always wanted to see.

We want to become a group that will make everyone smile.

The director of the drama told us: 'Make sure you are always conscious of controlling the movements of your body.' I think that's something we should do not just in acting, but in live performances as well.
