Keyakizaka46: A few suggestions for the 5th single senbatsu

Suggestions from Japanese fans for the new formation. Many people are thinking of Hirate at centre with new wingmen every time. And lots of people are thinking this is the time for the three members who have never been in the front line to get their chance (Habu, Ozeki and Nijika).

These are mainly suggestions from Japanese posters. I will put my own suggestions at the end: a couple of expectable ones and a couple of strange ones.

4th single senbatsu announcement

A full suggestion from someone:
Saitou - Oda - Harada - Suzumoto - Satou - Nagasawa - Yonetani
Moriya - Shida - Nagahama - Sugai - Koike - Imaizumi - Kobayashi
Uemura - Risa - Habu - Hirate - Ishimori - Rika - Ozeki

Someone else suggests that Techi and Neru should stay together. That would push Uemura or Rika back

Hello ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و

Did you all see KeyaKake?
The senbatsu announcement and "My History"!

I was the last "My History" in the sequence~
It was nice that everyone praised the two-year-old me (lol)
I'll talk about the inside story of my "My History" another time (´・∀・`)

But now for the senbatsu announcement.
For the 4th single, I've been given a place in the front line.

On top of that, I have Oda Nana beside me and Naako symmetrically opposite me!
I talk with those two so much, sometimes about total trivialities.
With them there, I feel such peace of mind.

This time, Uemura, Oda, Nagasawa and Yonetani have moved from the third line to the front.
That we got this chance for the 4th single is because the third-liners who moved to the front for the 3rd single did so well.
People who had always been in the 3rd row in Keyaki proved that they could do a good job in the front row.
For the 4th single, the chance has come round to us.
Thank you, everyone.

Good evening.

Yesterday, the senbatsu was announced.

I decided to put together how I was feeling in a blog post...

But then I wondered if they were really my honest feelings,
Or if I was expressing them properly,
And I wondered how they would come across to readers, etc....

So it just ended up with me thinking
That it was too difficult to put my feelings into words...!!!

Someday, my mind will catch up to the situation, and I will write.

This alone is certain:
As we continue our explorations, the entire Keyakizaka46 team
Will work hard, body and soul, on the 4th single.

Hello.

A few days ago on our show Keyakitte, Kakenai?
The senbatsu for the 4th single was announced.

Like for the 3rd single, the formation is three 7-person rows.

I'm so happy that this time again it is all 21 members of Kanji Keyaki.

Anyway, I've always said that I wanted an all-21.
I've really been thinking more and more lately that it would be no good if even one person was missing.

Nagasawa Nanako blog: in the first line

4th single

Good evenaako (*⌒▽⌒*)

Did you see
Yesterday's Keyakitte, Kakenai?

The formation for the 4th single
Was announced!

And somehow
For the 4th single
I have been put
In the "front"!

In the singles
I only have experience of being in the third line,
So when I heard I was in the first line
I was really shocked.

It made me worried and nervous.

There was fear there, too.

However,
The experience I got from Bokutachi no Sensou (five cards)
Was really big for me.

Good evening.

I'm being published in the ROCKIN' ON JAPAN magazine that comes out tomorrow.

It's something to be grateful for that a person like me is being published there.

I'm given the chance there to talk directly about things I haven't spoken of before, such as my feelings about my performance and the songs, and how I see myself .

Please be sure to see it.

Also, the photography includes something I've always wanted: shots of myself while I'm actually dancing.

I was really happy about it, and it was fun to do.

If you like, please be sure to take a look.

Keyakizaka 46 member blogs hint at 4th single date?

From Satou Shiori's post
There has been a rush of blog posts from members of Keyakizaka46, all containing the numbers 4 and 5. Do they hint at an April 5 release date for the new single?

This is a great little pre-release campaign, involving the members themselves in the push. 2channel has been roaring with thousands of posts through Sunday and into the night, reacting to the blog posts.

We've been keeping track on the Stage48 Keyakizaka forums, but I thought I'd put everything together in a blog post, with brief descriptions of what each member has posted, and a link to each post.

So far, every member has posted with 4's and 5's except for: Hirate Yurina, Nagahama Neru, Shida Manaka, and Watanabe Risa. Are they just slow, or is there some reason they are kept for last? Such as a Techi-Neru double centre flanked by Za Cool? More about the possibilities later.

In any case, here is the list of posts, more or less in chronological order:

Imaizumi Yui's blog post about the senbatsu changes in Keyakizaka46

Imaizumi Yui has finally broken her silence about the changes in the senbatsu, and the fact that she has been put in the second row.

She has made two posts since the announcements: she didn't mention the senbatsu at all in the first, and she just promised in the last line of the second to say something about it the next time. And she has.

Zuumin is very ambitious. She has singing talent and has made herself a good dancer, and she has always seen herself as Hirate Yurina's rival for centre. This seeming demotion must have been a hard blow, very disorienting for her. I think it is less a demotion than just a hiatus to give others a chance to show themselves. The second row she is part of is the solid middle of the group, its bulwark and strength. The people management thinks can be depended on.

Despite what must be bitter disappointment, she seems to have responded as well as she possibly could, offering her support to Hirate and the new front members, and promising to work hard for the sake of the group. Like Yui, I have included no photos in this serious post.

Senbatsu Announcement

Good evening!

For the third single
I have been selected for the 8th position, in the second row.

For the first and second singles, when I assumed a position in the front, I was worried that my inability would cause problems, so I gave my all to the performance.

Honestly, I was really scared.
I wondered if it was okay for someone with no dance experience to be in front.

Possible front lines for 3rd single?

I know it's a bit early, but a thread on 2channel asked who might realistically be in the front line for the third single. I thought the answers were interesting. Here are some of them:

Berika - Neru - Techi - Zuumin - Risa

Risa - Suzumon - Techi - Zuumin - KobaYui

Suzumon - Zuumin - Techi - Neru (2nd line: Risa - Mona - Sugai - Berika - Akanen; "Shida stands out in second line, Neru is hidden there; current position is poor balance for Zuumin")

Berika - Neru - Techi - Zuumin - KobaYui (the 1st front w/Neru for Suzumon)

Sugai - Neru - Techi - Zuumin - Berika

Koike - Sugai - Techi - Akanen - Nanako

Mona - Risa - Techi - Sugai - Berika (2nd line: Nanako - KobaYui - Zuumin - Neru - Suzumon - Moriya - Koike)

Imaizumi Yui on the new senbatsu

For Imaizumi Yui, it's a very different situation from Suzumoto Miyu, who has been dropped from the front line, or Watanabe Risa, who has been put there for the first time. She has just been moved one place away from the centre, but still prominent on the end of the front line.

However, she has lost her singing partner Kobayashi Yui, who was beside her before but will now be behind her left shoulder. Here's her post-announcement blog post:

Will it come out in the wash?

I spilled cafe au lait on a pure white dress.

"Throw it away!" I said to my mother.

"It'll come out if it's washed," she replied coolly (´._.`) lol

It seems to have come out. What a relief!

Did you watch Keyakitte Kakenai?

It was the announcement of the senbatsu for the second single.

From the position I've been given, I want to show everyone a performance that only I can give.

With everyone together, I want to continue climbing the hill, bit by bit.

Suzumoto Miyu on being dropped to the second line

We only saw the Keyakizak46 senbatsu announcement on TV yesterday, but it really took place some weeks ago. So Miyu-chan has had time to get used to being replaced in the front line.

She's upset, but she seems to be taking it well. Personally, I think she's both the most beautiful member of K46 and the best dancer, and that she added a lot to the Silent Majority MV. And I think otaku antipathy toward her is misplaced, based on mis-perceptions and misunderstandings. She's a shy person who can come across as standoffish.

Anyway, here's her blog post for Monday evening, 24 hours after the TV broadcast, and the day after the big handshake event in Yokohama:
