And she was so nice that being together was calming.

A few days ago, the 5th single, Kaze ni Fukaretemo came out \(❁´∀`❁)ﾉ

In the extra videos this time are trips to pray for the group's development!
In four different teams, we went to pray for the group, and there are different videos in each of Types A, B, C, and D (’-’*)
I was in the Saitama video, and went to the zoo, where I was able to touch an animal that brings good luck!

When I woke up this morning, my blanket was opposite way round. I started to worry about the way I sleep.

My blanket often falls off my futon and I get cold.

Kakizaki Memi's goth-loli birthday celebration

Memi has made good on her promise to wear something like gothic lolita fashion to a handshake event. It was on Sunday at the Yokohama event, where she also had a birthday celebration (her actual birthday was back on December 2). I'll start with her own blog post about the day, then go on to describe the birthday festival in more detail.

And I was also given a birthday celebration!

Keyakizaka46 members show support for university entrance examinees

About half a million Japanese students are taking the national public university entrance exams this weekend, and a number of Keyakizaka members have expressed concern and support for them.

No member has said she herself is taking the exam. This suggests that those who may be starting university in the spring have already secured places in private universities.

After no blog post for a month, Hirate Yurina posted for the second time in two days to express her support for the exam-takers, and her concern for their health during a chilly weekend in Tokyo.

Saitou Kyouko supported students with a hand-made fan bearing the slogan "certain victory."

Sugai Yuuka wishes exam-takers "a million-horsepower effort" in the exams. On this cold weekend, she recommends gloves, hand-warmers, and ginger tea.

Sasaki Kumi tells students to have confidence in themselves and do their best. She apologizes for getting personal, but admits that she herself took the tests, and says that although everyone around you looks so smart, they may not be. Do your best and you can succeed.

After a few months of "my history" features narrated by members on their birthdays, the Keyakitte Kakenai TV show has built up a collection of baby/toddler pictures. Here they are so far:

This week, it was Neru and Zuumin's turn:

Neru lived on an island from age 3 until first grade. She says she was a short-haired tomboy.

Doesn't seem as if Zuumin was a tomboy.

SekaAi -- release day marketing: Neru, Aoi, Nanako, Hiragana Keyaki...

Keyakizaka46 is busy on Wednesday, release day for its second single, Sekai ni wa Ai shika Nai.

In her blog, Nagahama Neru says that K46 seems to have taken over the Tsutaya store in Shibuya. She is very appreciative. There are big signs for each member, each sign written on by the member herself. Here's Aoi with hers. Note that she has made sure we realize she has grown half a centimeter:

Suzumoto Miyu on being dropped to the second line

We only saw the Keyakizak46 senbatsu announcement on TV yesterday, but it really took place some weeks ago. So Miyu-chan has had time to get used to being replaced in the front line.

She's upset, but she seems to be taking it well. Personally, I think she's both the most beautiful member of K46 and the best dancer, and that she added a lot to the Silent Majority MV. And I think otaku antipathy toward her is misplaced, based on mis-perceptions and misunderstandings. She's a shy person who can come across as standoffish. 

Anyway, here's her blog post for Monday evening, 24 hours after the TV broadcast, and the day after the big handshake event in Yokohama:

Senbatsu Announcement
Good evening!
It was good weather again today〜

On Keyakitte, Kakenai? yesterday, the senbatsu for the 2nd single was announced.
Honestly, I'm terribly upset.
But I'm just going to face forward
and work hard with all my strength on the 2nd single.

Still, it makes me so happy that the fans are watching over me.
Please continue to treat me well from now on.

For the 2nd single, all 21 of us, including Nagahama Neru, will be making things lively!!
