She says she was given a month's leave from writing the blog. This was probably because she was in the midst of studying for and/or writing exams to get into college. But she doesn't explain.
In her first post, on November 26, she apologizes for not being able to let us know, and says she had saved up a number of things to talk about and will post fairly often.
Neru on the front and back covers of the January UTB+ magazine, out this week |
She says so many people like their songs and surround them with support, and she thanks them all from the bottom of her heart.
In her second post, she says her personal PV on the new single is not a dance like on the previous two (the table of elements and English irregular verbs) but a little drama ("My Own Rules"). She says how good it was to work with actress Hori Haruna 堀春菜:
She expresses amazement that now she is in a Lotte Fits commercial, with the song from it that she loved as a child now adapted to use her name:
She really thinks the newly released songs Seifuku to Taiyou and Yuuhi 1/3 are great and invites us to listen to them. The senbatsu does the first and TechiNeruYuichans the second, so Neru is in both. In fact, she is in five of six songs in the release.
She also says how much fun it was trying a radio-controlled car for the first time in the other Lotte commercial:
In Friday's post, she says that the members wrote on posters for CD stores around the country. She did 22 of them, and included a drawing of Kumamoto Castle on at least one:
She recalls that it has been a year since her entry into the group was announced. She wants not to forget her feelings when she was just beginning, but what were they? Thinking back over the year, so many things come to mind. It puts her in a strange mood.
She is just glad that she entered the group, and glad to have met everyone. "Honestly, I just want to keep living with these sincere feelings of gratitude. Please treat me well in the coming year."
In Saturday's post, she makes the announcement that she is changing her penlight colours from purplexpink to purplexpurple. She says it appears that the official penlights do not come in pink. She apologizes for putting people to the trouble of changing. (Sasaki Kumi is already listed as using that combination. I wonder what will happen.)
She went to a bookstore for the first time in a long while and "bought books like an adult." She says it's great to have the books she wants to read at home with her. I guess she is earning enough money now to afford them, with all her activities and photo features and appearances.
"I wore an unusually bright-coloured knit."
Nothing earth-shaking in her blog so far, but everything is still expressed with the care and good language it always is. She has said before that she takes time over her posts.
