From Twitter. The person who posted it says they saw that the mag (which features Momoiro CloverZ on the cover) didn't have Hirate or Neru in it, so wasn't going to buy it. Now they say they will buy anything with Hirate, Neru...or Memi in it.
Overture is a quarterly with the tag line: "Fashion and Idol Culture Magazine."
