Kakizaki Memi blog: Spoon, roller coasters

Spoon

Good evening,
It's Kakizaki Memi.

Here's something rather funny that happened recently:

The other day when I went out to eat,
I wanted to get a spoon, but there was somehow a different-shaped object in among them.
"What's this?" I wondered, and when I looked at it, it was a measuring spoon. (lol)

It was just a different kind of spoon (´•ω•`)
So why shouldn't I eat with it (´•ω•`)

Please don't misunderstand, everyone ( ・∇・)

On the day of Keyaki Republic 2017, I rode the Do Dodonpa and Fujiyama roller coasters!
It was so much fun! Invigorating!

I'd like to ride them again \♥/

Bye-bye.

Hope I translated the spoon story correctly, lol. There didn't seem to be much to it.  Source. Perhaps the "don't misunderstand" relates back to something on one of Memi's early Showrooms. Asked what her character was like, she said some people called her a "fushigi-chan" (eccentric girl - think Naako), but added that she wasn't really eccentric. Perhaps she was afraid that people would think eating with a measuring spoon made her seem weird.

The roller coasters at the FujiQ amusement park seem to be pretty high-grade. The Fujiyama is known as "The King of Roller Coasters," goes at speeds up to 130kmh/80mph and reaches a height of 79 meters (260 feet). It was first built in 1997 and went over 20 million riders in 2015.

The Do Dodonpa just opened on July 15. It is billed as reaching the highest speed of any roller coaster in Japan (180kmh/110 mph) and having the fastest acceleration of any coaster in the world. Its highest point is "only" 49m (161ft).

A number of members rode the coasters on Sunday before the performance, including Shida and Hirate.
