I believe the sparkling photos are likely from a visit to Tokyo Disney with Manafi. Note Memi's cast in the top pic.
Memi was in the group for last night's Hiragana Keyaki SHOWROOM. They played a video of her introduction at the end of the first Makuhari live a couple of weeks ago, showing her struggling (more or less successfully) to hold back tears.
The words she struggles to get out just say that it is a blessing/joy to be able to stand on that stage. For a larger version, check out this tweet.

She has also given us a little video on Keyaki Message of herself wishing us Merry Christmas in a sweet, hesitant voice. It's one of the most moe things I have ever seen. Now that she has decided to be a kawaii fisherman, I think she's going to make huge catches of fans.
