Shuutta, who's a 19-year-old university student from Sapporo, buys a lot of CDs and sees a lot of idols at a lot of handshake events, Keyakizaka and otherwise. But he has become a Memi ota (as you can see from his twitter page), and after the Nagoya handshake event a couple of weeks ago, he appears to have totally fallen for her.
He had several exchanges with her again at this handshake event. Then after the lane was closed for one session, he and another well-known otaku hung around outside Memi's area and she played a bit of hide-and-seek with them, popping out from various places to taunt them.
And on the Sunday, Shuutta was one of those chosen for a special event where members sign things you own. (He had to buy even more CDs for the lottery, I believe.)
She wrote on his cap that she loved him. I think that did it, lol.
I believe this is he, from a TV interview. The caricature portrait of him below is by Memi, done at a previous special event. On it, she wrote: "Handsome (lol)."
Here's a brief conversation from the Saturday handshake event in Nagoya:
Shu: We have nothing to talk about. Shall we talk about movies? What have you seen recently?
M: NANA!
Shu: The one with Miyazaki Aoi in it? (Film from 2005 based on the great manga.)
M: Yes. What have you seen?
Shu: I've seen things like Toy Story (diffidently).
M: Ah. You really seem like someone who would have watched Toy Story. (laughs)
Shu: 😣
In another post, he says: "Up to now I've supported older idols like (Itou) Marika-chan and (Suzumoto) Miyu-chan. I never thought I'd support someone in first-year high school."Earlier, he had this exchange with her:
Shu: Call out my name, the way we used to.
M: Shuutta.
Shu: Memi.
M: Shuutta 😒
Shu: Memi.
M: Oh, yuck. Shuutta!
Shu: Alas, I really do love you best 😢
His friend Yuudai (@memiii_1202) had a more complete exchange with her:

One person, who plays drums himself, noticed she was moving her hands like she was drumming -- something the Hiraganas will do at their next one-man live.
Here's the photo Memi showed in KeyaROOM3 ep3, showing her on a "winter date" with a friend. She has mentioned the mole under her left eye as a "charm point."
I found it striking that when Memi showed this photo, Takamoto said she looked like Babu, a baby-like character, and Memi objected. Earlier, Memi had said Higashimura Mei looked like a little kid (an even more reasonable statement at the time). I wondered if Takamoto was subtly getting back at Memi for saying that about her special friend Meimei (they are both 19, just graduated from high school and MeiMei, at least, is in college). This group has a lot of strong and interesting members.
In her mid-July Showroom, Memi says offhandedly that she loves Takamoto. Takamoto says: "Really?" Memi, being actually a truth-teller, says nothing. Lol.
