Since last year, BRODY magazine has been running a series of features on Neru and Hirate learning traditional Japanese arts.
This time it's Ikebana (flower arranging) for Neru, and the master working with her ended up liking her work so much that they asked her to come to study with them.
But the big news is that BRODY is giving away a set of headphones (Philips Flite Everlite, Rose Gold & Dark Chrome) signed and worn by Neru.
The fact that she had worn them excited a lot of interest. One tweet called it "indirect earphone," like an "indirect kiss." I'm not sure from the text, but it appears that Hirate will either sign them, too, or else they are giving a way another pair signed by her. In the upper picture, we see Neru's signature on the right earphone; in the lower we see "Hiragana Keyakizaka46" written on the right one.
I have trouble judging how good her ikebana is, especially from these offshots, but the idea that the master asked her to come to their studio, and the comments on the story, make me think her work is pretty good.
The earphones seem moderately priced, at 40 euros ($45). Not anywhere near the cost of the $100 earbuds we have seen Hirate wearing.
